Sitting at the bar was a lot of fun, especially with Melissa providing such welcoming and attentive service. The food was delicious and fresh, with highlights like flavorful fajitas, tasty tortillas, and a memorable birria soup that truly stood out. The restaurant is clean and spacious, featuring a large patio, ample parking, and thoughtful touches like a baby changing station, making it a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience overall.

We had a great time hanging out at the bar, and Melissa was such a friendly hostess! If you swing by, make sure to ask for Melissa - she made our visit even better! Huge thanks to Don Jose's for the amazing food and service in Soldotna. Despite the food arriving a bit cold, probably due to a busy night, we'd definitely return for another round of delicious dishes.
