The ambiance is excellent, and the food and service consistently impress, with favorites like the mixed fajita plate, cheesy enchiladas with chile con carne, and the outstanding refried beans. The portions are generous, the margaritas are large and flavorful, and despite occasional crowds, the atmosphere remains inviting and enjoyable.

I have eaten at El Chaparral many times. The food is always delicious. They give you a cup of bean soup as an appetizer which is so delicious that many times I take some to go. 😋
