Delicious Mexican food truck with spicy salsa offering tasty al pastor, carne asada, and carnitas. The Assorted Plate had 2 cheese enchiladas, a chalupa, a pato, rice, and ranchero beans. The cheese enchiladas were authentic and covered in a flavorful red sauce, while the chalupa stood out as my favorite, resembling a tostada. The pato, a tortilla filled with sautí©ed beef and onion, was bursting with flavor, although the ranchero beans lacked zest. The service was simple - order at the counter and enjoy the delicious food in a clean restaurant. I will definitely return on future work trips to savor the amazing food and friendly service provided by Sandra, who recently moved back to Harlingen from McKinney.
