Wow, this Mexican restaurant in Timpson really impressed me with their Enchilada Trio special - chicken, ground beef, and cheese enchiladas served with rice and refried beans. The food was flavorful, though it could have been a bit hotter in temperature. Despite that, the generous portions and friendly staff made for an enjoyable dining experience. If you ever find yourself passing through Timpson, definitely stop by for some authentic Mexican cuisine and warm salsa that will leave you saying wow!
