The customer service here is exceptional, with friendly, family-like staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The food is delicious and authentic, especially the roast beef dish with rice and beans accompanied by flavorful green and red sauces, and the perfectly seasoned crispy fries are a standout. Despite a long wait, the kindness and attentiveness of the team, especially Omar and Keylin, made the experience enjoyable, and I will definitely be returning.
