El Sombrero consistently delivers delicious Tex Mex dishes like the poppas nachos, stuffed avocado, and Verde quesadilla, all served with generous portions and strong margaritas. The staff, including our friendly waiter Eli and the sweet lady who brings out the salsa, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit feel like coming home. After multiple visits, I truly appreciate the quality, attentive service, and comforting vibe that keep me coming back whenever I'm in Longview.

Based on a friend's suggestion, we decided to try out El Sombrero. The poppas nachos with waffle fries and white queso were absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. This restaurant has quickly become one of my favorites in Longview with its tasty food, attentive staff, and overall great atmosphere.
