I have been a loyal patron of the Rigsby and Brooks City Base locations for years. The quickie plate and chalupas are always satisfying, accompanied by the unforgettable El Tipico Salsa. The friendly staff and consistently delicious food make every visit a memorable experience worth repeating.

I have been going here for years and have always been a faithful customer. But, seems like here lately the service has really gone down and the quality of the food sadly has done the same. They spend more money and time doing remodel after remodel and what seems like none on training. Sadly I'm done with this place.

This is a restaurant that I grew up in and that's why I'm so sadden that they did this to me today :( me and my family have been supporting this restaurant for decades!! Giving our hard good earns and choosing "EL TIPICO" to give our money too thinking they are loyal people? We'll I just got shone how important their"faithful" customers are?? I ordered the same steak I've ordered for over 20 years and it was so hard I couldn't bite into it so I sent it back, I'm not a picky customer, I just want to be able to bite into my steak?? They came back telling me I couldn't have my steak the way I wanted it?? I'd have to order something else??? REALLY?? "OMG!" Is this really happening?? I didn't know if to laugh? Was the chef joking with me?? "no" I soon found out!! I was SO SHOCKED!!

"EL TIPICO can't fix me a(LOYAL) customer a steak she will enjoy?? That just showed me how "UNLOYAL" EL TIPCO is to their Repeated customers. I am very saddened right now.
