The food here is absolutely delicious, featuring flavorful chorizo, fresh eggs, and warm, crispy chips that remind me of authentic Mexican cuisine. The restaurant is clean and safe, with friendly staff who make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Although the space is small, the generous portions and excellent value make it worth every penny, especially if you're passing through Amarillo and craving outstanding breakfast or lunch options.

Having visited many restaurants across the nation claiming to have authentic Mexican food this business comes the closest to that claim. However I am partial to El Paso Texas. The food here is great and reasonably priced, service is professional.
