I had an amazing experience at this small-town BBQ restaurant in Uvalde, where the service was friendly and efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. The brisket was tender and flavorful, the ribs were perfectly cooked, and the banana pudding was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere felt authentic Texas-style, and every bite of the food, from the sausage wrap to the potato salad, was satisfying and memorable.

Food was good, but NO RESTROOMS. Thought the lady was kidding when she told us this. Ewwwww!
