Five J's is really a one man team who came to our house and refused to open the filter (because he was sure it was so old it would never go back together again). He said, "Just run it til it dies and we'll replace it i.e. $500." Then he let a yellow algae problem go from bad to toxic slime and told me it was getting worse because of the weather. In the end, he YELLED at me in our backyard when I was begging him to get the pool under control...kids, summer, visitors..and my husband fired him. We fixed the pool ourselves in two days. We got a $300+ bill in the mail from a man who did NOTHING and who I had already paid $200+. We broke the bill down and sent him a fair check for 200+ dollars.
