My recent visit to Francisco's for lunch left me impressed with the warm welcome from the owner and the friendly service from the waitress. The Fiesta Platter and Chiles Rellenos we ordered were delicious, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. I look forward to returning for another satisfying meal in the near future.
