Our dinner was excellent! We had the steak and shrimp, and the pepper schnitzel. The waiter was great also! I recommend!

We have been to Friedhelms on numerous occasions. I was born in Germany and grew up with german food most of my life! This restaurant's food comes closest to what I remember from my childhood as well as how I was taught to prepare the dishes. Service has been good. Menu is very good. The food is excellent, if you like real german food. If you want good german food in Fredericksburg, this is the place to go! We have never been disappointed. (only disappointment is when they are closed due to Covid )
