My family and I ordered a couple of specials that were perfectly balanced and super fresh, and the potstickers were pan-fried to perfection with a juicy, generous pork filling. The staff was incredibly attentive and even recommended some dishes that totally hit the mark, making the whole experience even better. The vibe was cozy and welcoming, with delicious sushi that melted in my mouth, so I'm definitely adding this place to my regular rotation.

My family recently revisited Jae's after a long absence and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the specials we ordered. The tuna on crispy rice and maki roll with salmon and pickled daikon were bursting with fresh flavors that left us craving more. A must-try at Jae's are the "Feng's homemade potstickers" - perfectly pan-fried with a succulent pork filling that was generously flavorful. Our visit was made even more enjoyable by the attentive and knowledgeable waiter who guided us through the menu with expert recommendations.
