Discovering this local Mexican restaurant on DoorDash led me to order huge, soft, and delicious homemade tortillas filled with perfectly cooked barbacoa and flavorful breakfast burritos, accompanied by a large menudo-though the tripe was a bit tough-and huevos rancheros, all served quickly with friendly service and fresh ingredients, making it the best Mexican food I've had in Waco and a must-try for authentic, affordable, and satisfying meals.
