I'm eager to make a reservation at Gilbert's, a place I've cherished for 21 years, even though Gilbert himself isn't around anymore. The breakfast tacos are exceptional, and the carne guisada enchiladas are truly some of the best I've had, complemented by friendly service and a nostalgic atmosphere filled with Tejano memorabilia. Although there were some minor hiccups with the salsa and the cashier's attitude, the quality of the food and the warmth of the experience make it a must-visit in San Antonio.

Nice little quaint place for a delicious Mexican meal. They also have a available room for private parties. Call in for p/u orders accepted.
