The lady who runs the shop needs to revisit customer service techniques. Very rude and talks to only who she knows. Has no savvy of acknowledging new and core customers.
You keep her running this coffee shop and expect to close down within a year. I will definitely pass the word on to my clients about the poor service I received on my visit.
