The food is consistently delicious, the service is friendly, and the prices are fair. Despite the modest ambiance, the welcoming owner and staff make it a favorite spot for me. It's a staple in Eustace with great Mexican food at affordable prices.

We've lived in this area for over 25 years & I must say Hernandez is by far the best Mexican food in the area. Crystal is a joy to interact with she makes sure you have everything you need!!!
The salsa- best I've ever had. The lunch prices are reasonable & tasty.
The parking lot is HORRIBLE!!

Always happy with everything that I've ever ordered. Food is always hot and taste delicious. Servers are very friendly. Most know us and have our drink order, chips, cheese dip, and guacamole on the table before we are seated.
