Stopped in for breakfast last week and was greeted by super friendly staff who made sure everything came out fast despite the busy vibe. Between the massive chorizo and egg plate, fresh chips with killer salsa, and a surprisingly good horchata, my taste buds were doing a happy dance all morning long.

Visited Hilda's last week for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly wait staff. The chorizo and egg plate was delicious with generous portions. The service was fast, and the authentic flavors reminded me of homemade dishes. If ever back in this part of Texas, a return visit to Hilda's is a must for their tasty breakfast burritos and salsa.
