I swung by Hoagie Ranch yesterday and discovered it had quietly retired in mid-December after 33 years of serving up deliciousness! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with quirky decor and old-school charm that made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly, the food was fantastic, and the portions were Texas-sized - definitely a spot worth revisiting for a hoagie fix!

We went to friday steak eve and had the thing they called steak It had so much tendon in it I thought it was stomach lining of a cow or horse .It was supposed to be Sirloin . I have ate steaks all my life . years ago this was a good place ,I live in the area , who ever owns it now is running it in the ground
