I had an amazing experience at a little BBQ joint in Del Rio, Texas. The home-cooked flavors reminded me of my uncle's cookouts, especially the brisket sandwich, which was incredibly moist and tender. The friendly staff and generous portions made me feel right at home, and I can't wait to go back for more of those delicious sides and perfectly smoked meats.
