I really hope Jake's is still open because it turned out to be the highlight of my trip to South Padre Island. After a long drive, my boyfriend and I enjoyed delicious food and friendly service that exceeded our expectations, despite the unassuming atmosphere. The unexpected entertainment from a cute kid added a memorable touch to our experience, making it a fun outing overall.
