I have a fondness for huevos rancheros, so I decided to try them at Jalpa one afternoon. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the beans were fresh, but I wished for a bit more ranchero sauce and potatoes on my plate. Despite a couple of small issues with service, the friendly atmosphere and fantastic prices make it a great choice for a leisurely Mexican brunch.
