I ordered a philly sub on jal sourdough with no mushrooms and small fries not only did they get my order once but twice so I had to come back over & over. Also my fries got cold waiting so I had to BUY some more!! They didn’t even offer to give me different fries because I had to wait. This is crazy! They used to be sooo good fast and always got orders right. It’s just going down hill. Great food when they actually get things right.
