I've visited Jim's several times this month and had a great experience each time. Tris, our server, was particularly outstanding - always patient, attentive, and ready to answer any menu questions. The tortilla soup and cheese soup were delicious, while the omelettes and burgers were also quite tasty. Make sure to communicate your preferred cooking level for the burgers, and don't miss out on the pancakes and chicken tenders. Additionally, remember to show appreciation for the servers, as they rely on tips for their livelihood, especially given the low minimum wage for tipped employees in Texas.
