The food and service at Carino's were exceptional, and my family thoroughly enjoyed the Spicy Chicken Romano and Italian nachos with sun-dried tomatoes and Gorgonzola cheese. Despite a minor issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom, the overall experience was fantastic, with delicious dishes like the lobster ravioli and the new barbecue menu at reasonable prices making it a must-visit for me for lunch or dinner.
