When I visited Jumburrito in Odessa, the flavors of their stew meat burritos and Slow Cooked Carne Deshebrada with Green Chiles instantly transported me back to my mother's cooking. The fast service, generous portions of salsa, and tasty breakfast burritos have made this chain restaurant a must-stop for me on my travels between Arizona and Texas.
