Kassandra's offers delicious Tex-Mex dishes like the "King Burrito," cowboy enchiladas, and house-made tortillas, all served in a cozy, family-run atmosphere with attentive service and reasonable prices. Although the restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, the fresh, flavorful food and friendly staff make it worth visiting during the week.

Giving Kassandra's a 5-star rating is a must to help keep their ratings up, but just a heads up, they're closed on weekends, which is a bummer for when my husband and I want to grab a meal out. Noticed they're updating their sign to say they're open, but with the weekend closure, it might be affecting business. Despite the weekend closure, we'll be back to try their Mexican dishes that I've heard are delicious.
