my chicken was burned. Smelled of old oil. It was grey. The chicken was dried out and could not be eaten. I tried calling the store and no one answered the phone.
I used to love KFC. What has happened? The employees were nervous and stressed. I felt so sorry for them.
The quality of the food deserves no stars.
I tried calling corporate and no one answers there.
The competition for fried chicken exists in large numbers right here in town. I hope you all can get back to square one.
