Kumori offers some of the best sushi in the valley, with great service, a pleasant ambiance, and fair prices. The creamy cucumber salad and Hot Cheeto sushi are my favorite menu items, and although the staff can be a bit slow and the music sometimes loud, I consistently enjoy my visits to the Ridge or Trenton locations.

The service and ambiance were great, and I found the prices to be fair. While I have noticed the staff can be a bit slow and the music may be loud at times, the creamy cucumber salad and Hot Cheeto sushi are standout items on the menu.
