I had the carne guisada plate recently, and it was fantastic, served with rice, beans, lettuce, and tortillas. Living in Edinburg all my life, I often find myself craving their delicious breakfast tacos and satisfying lunch plates, especially their beef and oxtail soups that come with warm tortillas.
