I visited a four-star Chinese buffet with an extensive selection of hot and cold Asian dishes, including a Mongolian Grill, where the food was generally fresh and tasty despite occasional lukewarm items being quickly replaced, though I found it unusual that Mexican cooks prepared the Mongolian chicken-which still tasted just right-and enjoyed the nostalgic dining area, attentive waitress, and especially the shrimp and stir fry station, though I think the staff could benefit from more training to improve the service.
