Growing up in Texas, I've always appreciated good home-style cooking, and Lone Star definitely delivers on that front. The buffet spread is impressive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including a delicious Cajun option on weekends. Despite having to travel a bit to get there now, the quality of the food and the friendly atmosphere make it worth the trip.
