Flour Tortillas have to be one of the worst in Harlingen! Too expensive. Bad music!!!

This used to be a good place to eat years ago. My husband and I returned for the first time in years and we are disappointed the place looked very dirty, booth bench partially broken, cobb webs in the ceiling, flies flying around us and menus were raggedy and stained. We ordered shrimp cocktial tasted mediocre and the crackers were stale. The grilled talapia fish plate was a disgrace. The baked potato was not white in the inside it was a brownish tint. It was overcooked and probably a day old. The food was overpriced and not at all tasty! The decor is hideous! Chef Robert Irvine from tv show....Restuarant Impossible would have a fit with this place if he ever
visited! Another failed restuarant that will be crossed off our list!
