I worked at Los Paisas, and the staff are genuinely good people. It's a family business to the fullest. Customer service is their number one concern. The food is so good, and they're adding to their menu and building their business all the time.
When you work at a food place, you end up getting sick of their food, but I still eat there because the food is good and the people are good. It never gets old.
A lot of regulars hit this joint daily and weekly. I'm a fitness buff, and Mexican food has a bad reputation in the fitness world, but Los Paisas makes fresh food that works with a healthy lifestyle as well.
If you want to feel at home and eat some good food, don't miss this place.
