Driving back from Waco to San Antonio, I stopped in Taylor, TX, and experienced Louie Mueller's incredible Texas barbecue, where the tender brisket, meaty beef rib, flavorful sausage, and perfectly cooked pork ribs created an unforgettable symphony of smoky, spicy, and savory flavors that deeply satisfied my soul, leaving me wishing I had saved room for their amazing peach cobbler.
