I've been here several times and always go for the Huevos Hofbrau-it's packed with migas, refried beans, hashbrowns, and queso, and the breakfast never disappoints. The gluten-free options surprised me in the best way, especially the chicken fried steak with pancakes, and the staff, like our waiter Nacho, make the whole experience even better.
