Arriving just before closing time on a Thursday, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Morin and decided to try the beef ribs, which turned out to be surprisingly huge. Along with pork ribs, sausage, potato salad, and beans, the meal was incredibly satisfying and the staff was exceptionally friendly. While the lack of side options was a bit disappointing, I managed to enhance the experience by grabbing some Mac and cheese and coleslaw from Church's in Kenedy, complementing the delicious brisket and pork ribs perfectly.
