I am done with the drive thru. Today there were 3 cars in front of me in lane 2 and 3 cars in lane one. It took 20 minutes to get to the order place. No cars moved in 8 minutes once and 7 minutes another time. The line hold up was after orders were placed. When I got to where I could I pulled out and went to Braums. This is ridiculous.

Tell me why I have called and called and called. Not one person answers the telephone, I know there is people working there. Can anyone give any details on how to get new management at this location!!!!

I have been getting breakfast burritos there anytime of day until today. So I guess I will go to the McDonald’s at Canyon

The manager Simon Werta provided terrible service at this location. He mocked me on the phone when I called to consult about my incorrect order. He did not offer a single solution to correct the mistake that was made. He also spoke to me in a very unprofessional, snobbish, and sarcastic tone. I told him that I would be following up with the way he treated me and he stated “Thank you very much ma’am for the good review.” - elongating his words in a mocking way. He denied any responsibility in regards to the order I placed. The food I paid for was not what I had ordered and he refused to make it right.
