I tried calling the Marlin McDonald's 30 minutes before closing time just tonight,nobody ever answered the phone till 10 minutes after they shut down. I asked the girl who answered phone atc1110 pm why none answered and she said we too busy to answer phone. I said it could have been emergency she said we too busy. I asked why I couldn't get a online order filled either she said we no take phone orders ever we too busy to answer phone and what app does not my fault and don't have time to deal with it. I said I would be writing a complaint she said do it.vivsaid you really should find a way to answered phone.she hung up on me.vIm very upset, was treated
rudely, given no respect, I Hadn't eaten and was feeling dizzy and nowhere to eat now after wasting all that time trying to get McDonald's food.. only in the end to be treated without care,interest, concern or even employee pride.. instead received verbal slap in the face by an employee who obviously cares only about how little work she can do and how quickly can she leave. I am considering taking this all the way to cooperate even commenting on a talking show. I am 66 years old, widowed, in poor health..band still tI want this employee to apologize a like I don't even' matter and that there's nothing I can do about it. So I'd appreciate any advice assistance suggestions anyone can offer an apology from the girl. And had to endure all of this because I wanted 2 breaded chicken sandwich s and a Big Mac .
