I ordered my food , got it & my drink was flat and like two cubes of ice . I received a caramel frappe when I ordered a mocha frappe … I came into the lobby to let them know the order was wrong . The lady inside got an attitude with me and told me she made me what I ordered . I said mam I don’t even like caramel and why are you acting like that towards a costumer … I said I just want what I paid for . She said well that’s how it came across the screen … I said well then whoever took the order must have typed in the wrong thing . She was mumbling and saying things under her breathe and another girl made my drink and was licking the chocolate off of her fingers as she was bringing my frappe out to me .. she told me I couldn’t be in the lobby because the lobby was closed and I asked why it was closed and she said they are under staffed and 5 of them was sitting at a table when I walked in . Smh …
