We booked a birthday party two days prior to the party for Friday night. When we went to set up they told us we couldn’t do it until all the people were there. It was a surprise party for an 80 year old lady and they would not allow us to go ahead and set stuff up knowing that they are going to have business.
Needless to say we went to Randy’s who welcomed us with open arms and helped us set up. The service was wonderful.
It’s ridiculous that we had to change venues within an hour before the party.
