During a rainy and foggy January walk in Galveston, I was drawn in by the Irish coffee advertisement and enjoyed the smoky aroma and freshly brewed coffee served by Rachel, which was absolutely wonderful. The casual atmosphere, friendly crowd, and great service made the experience memorable, especially sharing hot Italian sandwiches with chips and watching a lively cruise-ship engineer entertain everyone at the bar. Despite the initial cigarette smoke and unexpected jukebox music choices, the delicious pizza, cheesy garlic bread, and affordable drinks kept me coming back, with Dom providing exceptional bartending service every time.

Walking through Galveston in January, the allure of Irish coffee was impossible to resist, even with the smoky fragrance in the air. The fresh brews and the warm atmosphere, complete with a lively afternoon crowd and fantastic service from Rachel, made for a memorable experience that I can't wait to revisit before our cruise tomorrow.
