When Mondays roll around in San Antonio, I've found my delicious salvation at The Tower Cafe. Their straightforward menu serves up breakfast tacos and sandwiches in the morning, plus a tasty lineup of enchiladas and burgers for lunch, all while I catch up on the news thanks to the TV they keep on. The staff is like a friendly family-by my second visit, they already know my name and favorite order, and I love that they're cool with letting me settle up next time if I'm short on cash!
