My husband grabbed some takeout recently, and I tried the vegan curry packed with tofu, potatoes, mushrooms, bok choy, snow peas, and other veggies-it was super tasty and filling enough for two meals. There are so many vegan and vegetarian options here, which is awesome because I'm always on the lookout for good vegetarian pho; the tofu veggie pho I had to go was solid. The staff is friendly, the food comes out fast, and honestly, the chicken wings and shaken beef I've tried before were incredible-definitely coming back for more.

My husband brought home some food from a nearby Vietnamese restaurant the other day when we were feeling too lazy to cook. He surprised me with the vegan curry, filled with a variety of fresh vegetables like tofu, potatoes, mushrooms, bok choy, snow peas, and greens, which made it both delicious and nutritious. The generous portion size meant I got to enjoy the curry for two meals, and I'm excited to return and try more of their vegan and vegetarian options, especially the vegan pho and the banh mi sandwich my husband raved about.
