TERRIBLE AND THEY CHARGED ME TO MUCH!
WISH I GOOGLED THEM FIRST!!
-RUDE
-TOOK 1.5 HRS FOR DELIVERY
-BROUGHT ME THE WRONG ORDER
-DID NOT PROVIDE SILVERWARE OR NAPKINS OR SALT/PEPPER
-DELIVERY WAS TO A HOTEL
-SAID THEY WOULD CORRECT THE ORDER AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP
-CALLED BACK AND THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND DID NOT COME BACK.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Do not believe the "free delivery" printed on the menu/flier that apparently they distribute to the budget hotels in San Antonio. $16 for a less than $13 order, but it was Thanksgiving and I did not have a car, so I was desperate. BUT, when I received a 6 inch sub sandwich instead of the 12 inch sandwich that I ordered (after more than an hour's wait), and NO napkins, salt/pepper or ketchup for the french fries, this was too much. When I called to complain, HE HUNG UP THE PHONE on me! I told the hotel desk clerk about this place, and he suggested I report them to the Better Business Bureau, which I did...............
