Went to Popeye's on SWP in Wichita Falls Tx, was charged $7.99 plus 50 cents for Mac and Cheese up charged. This up charge isn't on the menu board but when you go to window that when they tell you about the up charge for Mac and cheese. Also, they have started doing individual tax on food, and beverage. The menu says 7.99 for combo, I was charged 7.64 plus food tax .51 and a beverage tax .12. Total tax was .63. I am a senior so I got .85 off.
