This place has gone downhill! When ordering a 8 piece mixed, everytime without a doubt you will get mostly thighs and legs.The inside of the restaurant is dirty, food on tables, unsweep and in mopped floors, soda dispenser is not cleaned. This place needs to be shutdown, or change of management.

My family love Popeyes. We order lots of chicken. We have been here several times. An every single time it is something. We went there walked in an ordered the chicken tasted as if it had been a week old. Not fresh at all. Went there another time ordered a 14 piece meal which we also ordered 2 large sides we always get the mashed potatoes. Got our order we had 8 pieces of chicken 5 of which were wings. We also only got 1 mashed potatoes an 1 green beans when we went back in they said we only had 1 and didn't think we would want to wait. Problem is they just tried to sneak it in. Last night I gave them 1 final chance so I ordered a 10 piece with 2 sides an 5 biscuits. I got there at 1015 pm. Drove up to the speaker at the drive through waited like 10 mins not 1 person came on. Drive to the window. The sticker on the window states the diner closes at 10 pm drive through closes at 11 pm. They come to the window I give them my pick up number an they Inform me they are closed. I said its not 11. Was instructed by a man who claimed to be the manager that we close when I say we close. I asked for a refund of my money he said I don't know what to tell you guess u will lose it unless corporate gives it back so I can call them. I asked for the number he said an I quote look it up I didn't order the chicken. Pathetic Popeyes don't need to fire them they need to close the place down period will never go back to Popeyes. How fricking disrespectful.
