After a long search, I found incredible BBQ with generous portions at a great price, served outdoors with friendly owners running the operation. The menu features classic Texas-style smoked meats like brisket and chopped beef, accompanied by mustard-based potato salad and flavorful beans, all made with authentic sauce that avoids trendy fusions. Although parking can be tight, sitting under a shade tree while waiting for your food adds to the laid-back, local atmosphere that keeps me coming back every time I'm in the area.
