Stopped by Rails a Cafe at the Depot on a quiet Tuesday afternoon and was impressed by the warm, cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The Creamy Penne with Chicken and Beef Marsala were both flavorful, and the dessert selection, especially the chocolate Baileys cake, was a perfect finish to a truly satisfying meal.
