I often bring a friend along for a meal, and they've always left satisfied, still raving about the BBQ. The generous meat portions and friendly staff make every visit enjoyable, and the Tex-Mex food is simply unbeatable. If you're traveling I35 through Encinal, definitely plan to stop for breakfast or lunch; the Juevos Rancheros with homemade sauce is a standout dish you won't want to miss!
